Hyundai has bagged three awards in the second edition of the Automotive Brand Contest controlled by the German Design Council. The new generation of i30 received the ‘Best Exterior’ and ‘Best interior’ awards while ‘Best concept’ award was given to the i-oniq show car. Both the models were developed and designed by the European team in Russelsheim Germany at the Hyundai Europe Technical center.

The two winnings for i30 demonstrate Hyundai’s commitment towards designing products that appeal to the European consumers. The car’s exterior styling is branded with the company’s fluidic style philosophy creating a sense of motion even when it is stationary. The next gen i30’s interior is a step further than its predecessor by matching the exterior visuals and introduction of higher quality material in the cabin.
