The people at Bavarian carmaker BMW have been busy in working on Z4. The 2013 BMW Z4 would make its debut to the world at the North American International Auto Show to be held in 2013.
There will be a new range topping variant that will be known as the Z4 M35i Performance. This new variant will replace the Z4 s Drive 35i S and will have the power of existing 3.0 liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine which can produce 335 bhp 450 Nm. TheZ4 M35i Performance will now have an updated suspension for sportier handling.
A lot of fans of BMW did not like the company’s decision to discontinue a high-performance M-badged version of the Z4roadster for the sake of the current generation. Instead BMW is going to offer a little more power and suspension tweaks for its BMW Z4 sDrive35i s as a part of consolation.
BMW has something else for its loyal followers and itis planning to drop the sDrive35is to come out with a hotter version of Z4. Apart from the above mentioned specification, this new version is going to have new wheels, LED turn signal lamps and BMW’s latest version of iDrive, which already had its debut in 2012 BMW 6 series and 7 series.
These technical changes will be there in the two variants-four cylinder and the six cylinder of the Z4 too.
