2013 Mini John Cooper Works Countryman All4 Dakar Rally Winner

After their Dakar rally win, MINI has launched a special edition called John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4 Dakar Winner. Though the name is long, the looks in matte black exterior with green sport stripes, Dakar logo and 19 inch alloy wheels is worth looking at.

The style factor is carried to the cabin, fitted with green color stitching and green embroiled headrests. Having partly hand built design and equipment features inspired by Stephane Peterhansel and Jean-Paul Coltret, the victorious MINI ALL4 is a racing machine.

A tribute to the Dakar rally win, only 11 examples of the car will be built. The exclusive design portrays both the thrill of the win and the euphoria surrounding the latest Dakar victory. The all-wheel drive system has again proved its mettle again in rally action.  Also it’s the brands first model to combine race-bred power train and chassis technology.

Apart from being stable in all weather conditions and under wheel conditions because of the ALL4 optimum traction. We have to mention the noticeable increase in agility through the dynamically taken corners. The power is channeled from 160kw/218hp turbo charged four-cylinder engine under the bonnet of the ALL4 to all the four wheels as required.
