Chevrolet India reveals online campaign for promotion of Enjoy MPV

General Motor India had showcased its Chevrolet Enjoy at the 2012 Delhi Auto Show for the first time. The good looking and spacious Enjoy MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) is expected to hit the Indian market anytime now. To promote the vehicle GM has announced an online campaign that is titled as ‘Enjoy Voyage’, this competition will allow the participants to win a new Enjoy.

This will be the first MPV from Chevrolet in the Indian market and will be standing straight against the market leader Maruti Ertiga.

The campaign seems quite similar to the Ford EcoSports Urban Discoveries program that was also started on the social media platform. Through the campaign a number of participants will be chosen and will be divided into teams. These teams will be driving the vehicle around the country. Finally at the end of the event, each participant will have a chance to win Enjoy MPV for themselves.

Chevrolet Enjoy MPV
The Enjoy MPV is more spacious than Ertiga and is available in two engine options one is a 1.4 litre petrol mil and another is a 1.3 litre Multijet diesel engine. The petrol version delivers about 93 bhp of power with the peak torque of 127 Nm and the diesel version produces 88 bhp of power with peak torque of 200 Nm. Both diesel and petrol version comes with the 5 speed manual transmission. The Enjoy MPV is expected to be priced between Rs. 6.50 lakh to Rs. 7.90 lakh.

The one feature that makes Enjoy different from the Ertiga is the presence of the third row AC vents. Although the overall length of the vehicle is smaller than Ertiga, it is still believed that the vehicle will have better comfort offering for the third row occupants.
