As soon as we got the reports that BMW M3 is going off the production line, we were heartbroken as if one of our girlfriend is leaving us and going to the way that doesn’t returns back. Whilst, we however tried to console ourselves and tried to pen down our thoughts for you, so one over that side of our computer may also feel the same what we are feeling here right now.
Learnt from the news, M3 that one can see over here in these images is the last one to go off the production line. But exclusively this is the coupe version, convertible is said to end up for the inventory writing in month of September 2013.
BMW M3 coupe is the heartthrob is many performance driven afficandos, so the last model which is painted in orange shade is also looking a bit grief, trying to console himself too for being the last in number to roll of from the line in manufacturing bay of Regensburg, Germany.
A bit of concealment here as well, the M3 coupe badge will now be reserved for one of the sedan model plate in future, which the BMW is famous for, i.e. using old its old names on their new cars, and M moniker will also be rolled out in M4 coupe as well as convertible version.
Speculations goes in market for the twin-turbo, six-cylinder 3.0-liter engine producing approximately 450 bhp (335 kW) and 550 Nm (405 lb-ft) of torque on all three of the upcoming M badges. The sedan must be able to do 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.2 seconds against a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
However, global launch of new M3 coupe will happen in early 2014, whereas the M4 coupe and convertible may follow the trait at later that same year.
