Ultimately, BMW launched the i8 hybrid supercar in India for an eye-watering price of Rs 2.29 crore ex-showroom India. If asked to rate its fuel-efficiency, they said the electric charge can make it to run a range of 37kms in pure electric mode, with capability of hitting the top-speed of 120km/h quite before the petrol motor springing into action.
