Mahindra Verito EV Spotted Ahead Of The Launch

After the launch of Mahindra e2o, no progress is reported in that segment. Still, Mahindra intending to hold the baton strongly, for some reasons a one had found the Verito electric testing in India recently.

This car with electric drivetrain is depicted due to the distinct badge on the boot lid. And one can clearly see it here in detail. The sounded purpose of launch for Mahindra could remain the benefits from FAME (Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Electric vehicles in India) policy of the government which accounts up to Rs 11,000-138,000, subjected for a car measuring more than four meters in length. After the launch, one cannot find the Verito EV with daily commuters; rather, institutions like ZoomCar and other self-drive car organization will buy it for its zero running cost.

Verito Electric was initially unveiled at 2012 Delhi Auto Expo, and at 2014 edition it took the turn with a facelift. At the event, Mahindra conveyed it to clock a max range of 80kms on a single charge of 7hrs, allowed with the top-speed of 85kmph.

Thus, no comments from our side, as pertaining to the ongoing trend India and rest of the world still needs lot of time to adapt to such battery driven vehicles. But with test in full-fledge it seems Mahindra may launch it soon.
