VW Polo GT TDI Spied Testing in India

Volkswagen had recently launched Polo GT TSI petrol in India, which now doesn’t seems sufficient to cater the demand right in its stride, and to be true it shouldn’t be, because diesel jags are the new flavor of town, hence the line seems incomplete without the oil burner in the kitty of automakers. To conclude whole things at ease, Volkswagen is seen testing Polo GT TDI diesel in India. No confirmation from the maker for now but we expect something to divulge soon from this Volkswagen marked German stable.
Also recently, the CrossPolo too is spied on Indian tarmacs doing test rounds without any camouflage, and this time the same thing happened with GT TDI as well, no camouflages at all, really great shots captured!

BMW Rolls Out First Batch of Locally Produced Mini Cooper

Just last month we Indians were initiated with one of the world’s first title in BMW’s long vying history, claiming to be the only destination outside Europe which had received permission to produce Mini “locally”; and though we also hadn’t let the hair down of those German officials, had successfully rolled out first batch of (locally produced) Mini Cooper from BMW’s Chennai facility in India.
Naming the model plates it was revealed, Mini Cooper D Countryman and Mini Cooper D Countryman High of diesel variants, whilst of Mini One Countryman in petrol variant are the names which have been selected for going with local production whereas the rest of them to continue on their existing CBU routes. GM India Announces Price Hike from June 2013

Flowing with the stream of rising inflation, now GM is also doing the same by hiking prices of its whole product range from June 2013. Though the recently launched Enjoy MPV had been slated to position very competitively in market scenario, which now seem so be landing in a fuss due to this new yet aggressive step of its makers. The hike in priced is officially claimed via the statement of Mr. P Balendran, Vice President, General Motors India, referring:”We have decided to increase the prices of all our vehicles upto Rs.10,000 depending upon the model with effect from the Iast week of June on account of increase in transportation costs/logistics due to hike in diesel price. In percentage terms, the increase goes up to 1.5 per cent depending on the model.”

New generation Toyota Corolla is all set to make debut on 6th June 2013, as confirmed by the official Facebook page of carmaker, which also tend the viewers to be excited for the launch. However there are no official images for such model plate but it is expected to draw lot of conclusions from the Furia Concept that had debuted at Detroit Motor show this year. Furia was a combination of sports and sophistication but as expected the newbie to possess more of sophistication rather than the sportiness due to the ongoing perceived brand legacy.

Upcoming Force MPV To Be Based On Mercedes Benz Vito

Force Motors was in the hype of media due to its lined-up models being based on Mercedes Benz badges, which moreover the Gurkha was derived from G Series and now the upcoming MPV was slated to be based on Mercedes Viano that now has happened to be shifted its base from the bespoken model plate to the (Viano’s) successor model Vito.
However, some days before, spy shots have revealed that Viano’s platform will be used to underpin the upcoming Force Motors newbie, which the fact is later on replaced by Vito to do the underneath fittings. Basically, Vito is the successor to Viano and is more popular than its sibling in global auto fraternity.
