Next Land Rover Freelander to get a new name

The next generation of the Land Rover will become the member of the extended version of the Discovery family. The new car will be based on the extended version of the Evoque platform is expected for a next year launch. The Freelander badge that appeared back in 1997 will be sacked.

JLR Clocked the ‘Best Ever April’ in 2013: Sales Report

Just the April got over, heat starts pouring in through month of May very strongly, that too the Tata owned automotive brand delivered very studious buff in luxurious stride for now. Revealing the figures, JLR had shown an increment of 12% in April 2013 sales, as compared against the figures of same period last year, which the number says 28,503 vehicles were rolled out in last month and created the tag ‘best ever April’ for those last 30 fruitful days.
Growth is witnessed in all the regions of world, stating bifurcations in following variations:
Asia Pacific – 37%
UK – 32%
China – 10%
North America – 6%
Europe – 2%
Other overseas markets – 11% (including India which is up 6%)

JLR Opens a New Engineering Test Center in Dubai

Range Rover has recently bestowed the world with new generation of Sport model plate that had seen James Bond at its side for the unveiling ceremony in New York, but to prove those same sorts of assortments in its engineering strata, there needs a long vying era of testing establishment being based in every stride. Just now to gain the charm, JLR had opened a new engineering testing test center in Dubai which will see the extreme hot weather vehicle research whilst of the research and testing for same.

Range Rover is a costly affair in whichever country it is being sold, and the land of India comprises more of poor than the riches, which we think it needs a lot of attention, and moreover the some of the regions here are such that they hadn’t seen railways yet.
