The very popular and futuristic looking Chevrolet Beat would undergo some minor changes to its design. Not that the design was lacking in any aspect but GM India wanted to keep the Beat up to date with its competition. It can be recollected that the General had just few months back launched the diesel version of the Beat.
The Chevrolet Beat in its new avatar would receive many styling updates in the form of a revised new grille replete with head lamps which would be modified, 14-15 inch alloy wheels, new tail lamps with LED brake lamps and also an integrated spoiler. As for the interiors, the new Beat would feature a new LCD infotainment system screen and also an industry first for this segment – cruise control. The engines would also undergo a change what with their options ranging from 1.0 liter to even 1.5 liters. Both 4 as also 3 cylinders would be in the offing. The best part is that there would be an engine both for the frugal minded as also the enthusiast.
