The special exposition, entitled ‘Strive for Perfection’, observes the tenth year of the revival of the Rolls Royce brand under the possession of BMW Group. The exposition also honors yet another major landmark in the record of the Rolls-Royce brand –hundred-and-fiftieth birthday of Sir Henry Royce.

The exhibition enlightens the tale of the globe’s foremost super-luxury goods maker in sequential order; from the gathering of the firm’s beginners, Sir Henry Royce and the praiseworthy Charles Stewart Rolls in the year 1904, through to the present time.

Located in the landmark BMW Museum bowl and covering over 1,000 square metres over 5 floors, the demonstration consists of fifteen unique Rolls Royce motor vehicles dating back from the year 1907 to 2012. The compilation consists of the well-known Rolls-Royce 10EX, one of the most substantial experimental vehicles in the globe, fabricated in the year 1926 to display the performance prospective of the ‘New Phantom’.

The momentous vehicles are balanced by gorgeous evocative displays, with subject matters comprising craftmanship, Bespoke design, coachbuilding, engineering science as well as advertising. The tale comprises notable demonstrations of the prominent Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament and the ‘Pantheon’ radiator grille, both instantly recognizable icons connected with Rolls-Royce vehicles.

The exposition is followed by presentations of eternal craftsmanship from other British luxury makers, comprising male and female style, leather items, clocks, shoes, silver and glasswork.

Mr. Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), stated, “This exceptional and significant exposition pompously rejoices the 10th anniversary of the rebirth of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars below BMW Group ownership.”

“Our contemporary motor vehicles present a unique combination of German know-how and skill and exceptional British craftsmanship as well as design. It is therefore suitable that this major moment in the tale of this Great British manufacturing triumph tale is told in the BMW Repository, an iconic place which is both the ‘spirit and the memory’ of the great company.”

Just in case you are making plans to visit Munich by the next twelve months, the exhibition is open publicly from March 21 until the end of March next year.
