Lamborghini Automobile is one of the leading and finest car manufacturers across the globe. Lamborghini Automobile was started by Ferrucio Lamborghini in Italy, in the year 1993. The logo of the company was designed describing the birth sign of Ferrucio Lamborghini, which was Taurus (bull), and hence, he also named all his cars in the memory of late fighter bulls. In the year 1970, after making huge profits for almost a decade, Lamborghini Automobiles went bankrupt, due to the oil crisis and financial downturn, which in turn lead to three changes in ownership. Now, Lamborghini Automobile belongs to Audi Automobiles, a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group. After claiming their ownership upon Lamborghini Automobiles, Audi spokesperson said that "Lamborghini could strengthen Audi's sporty profile, and on the other hand Lamborghini could benefit from our technical expertise." Lamborghini Automobile India was established in 2006. Obviously owing a Lamborghini car is a symbol of highest status as well as the taste of finest class, and with that thought in mind Lamborghini Automobile manufactures each and every car of theirs, as they only caters to the rich and famous. Lamborghini Automobile India has launched only some of their selected models, Lamborghini Murcielago and Lamborghini Gallardo in India. With just those two models, it doesn't comes as a surprise that there is only 1 Lamborghini dealer in India, which is in New Delhi. Lamborghini Automobiles still assembles their cars in their old Santa'Agata Bolognese assembly plant and from there they export Lamborghini cars as CBU's to India. Since, Lamborghini cars are very expensive (above Rs1crore), only few people have been lucky to lay their hands on those cars. In addition to the current two models, Lamborghini Automobiles India are planning to launch two of the new models as well, one being the update of the all so famous Lamborghini Murcielago and the second being the Lamborghini Estoque.
