Gone are those days when there were only a few motors shows that used to take place in India. Now a days with all sorts of automobiles events happening on all four corners of India, it seems that all of sudden Indian masses have become more interested in Automobiles. There are many Automobiles shows that take place every year in India, to name a few there are Vintage Car Rallies, Parx Supercar Parade and Speed Run. One among such is the MIMS which stands for Mumbai International Motor Show. This motor show happens at a very grand scale. It might not be as big as the Delhi International Motor Show but yes its one amongst the popular motor show in our country. With participants from all over world with some famous and some 'almost famous' brands, MIMS takes place in BKC (bandra kurla complex). Also because this motor show takes place in Bandra Kurla Complex it is also referred to as Motor show BKC.

Like every year Motor show BKC was held at a grand scale. The difference however was that, this year not many bigger brands participated in it. Except for the Volkswagen group every other brand seems to be less into the show this year. Amongst the various other participants some of the famous were Mercedes, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Volvo, Maruti, Mahindra and BMW only. Besides, there was many other things also which made it a bit 'thanda' motor show overall especially for the automobile enthusiast. But the visitors are the main aspect of making a show huge success and even this year visitors were in full force. In spite of being a great success Motor show BKC didn't deliver what it should have, but anyways we hope that next year this show will prove every comments made this year wrong and will turn out to be the best next year.
