The new range of engines will power the smaller vehicles replacing the present range of mills, though the larger 2.2 and 2.5 liter mHawk mills are expected to continue doing their work in the Xylo, Bolero, Scorpio and the XUV 500.

Once the new engine is launched, the mEagle engine will be phased out. Also Mahindra intends to keep its quality first, as it always does.
