Maserati is already famous for making some of the finest machines, and to make something like Ferrari always remains on its wishlist.
Moving back to the past, Maserati had delivered a MC12 to take on Enzo, but prancing horse retains its own charm so henceforth no further discussion on the topic ‘which is the best out of them.’
In the latest, as per news report Maserati claims to build a LaFerrari based version till 2015. However, the speculations tends to drive 6.3 liter V12 or a 3.8 liter quad turbo V8 being taken from LaFerrari and bi-turbo Quattroporte respectively. As we had earlier mentioned, Ferrari had its own charm so therefore this one will be a bit slower than the fastest Italians, just like the previous attempt of MC12 against Enzo.
In terms with ‘CAR’ expectations, Maserati will have light weight body made out of carbon fiber and would be in a coupe form, but will bear lesser ‘kgs’ than the original terminology. Lest of other technicalities, it is concluded, chassis and suspension along with electrical system to be the same like that of bespoken latest Ferrari derivation.
Oops! We forget to mention that, hybrid technology will be excluded on this Maserati, but would be rolled out in a limited number of “50”.
