Pakistan has now witnessed the launch of the nex-gen Civic after the new Honda CR-V was launched in the country. In India Honda is paying more attention towards Honda Brio, Honda City and other high-selling models. The new Civic has been launched at a price of about Rs.11.25 lakh to Rs.13.25 lakh. The car has experienced several cosmetic changes and the powertrain remains the same 1.8 liter i-VTEC engine. The engine will be delivering about 141bhp of power and comes coupled with either 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission.
Design of the new Civic looks more like the City with similar front fascia with chrome inserts on the grills and sleek headlights with the HID bulbs. If you see the rear portion, it looks more like Honda Accord, with swept back tail lamps.
The dashboard has been redesigned and the steering wheel comes equipped with cruise control and volume control systems. The LCD display system is now bigger with additional functions.
