This service center also now gets a reputation of being the highest workshop in the world. This workshop is situated at 3749 m or 12,200 ft above the sea level.
Giving company to the new service station is also the world’s highest fuel station. Since Himachal is a place where there are many tourists as also enthusiasts turning up for the various events held round the year, it is but natural that India’s biggest car manufacturer set up a service station there. For 4 months in a year, the Kaza strip is cut off from the rest of the world and hence the fuel station as also the service center would ensure that localites wouldn’t have a problem in getting their supply of service as also fuel. It is estimated that there are about 1700 Maruti vehicles in that region alone.
