Skoda Auto India records 39% increase in September sales

Skoda Auto India recorded an increase of 39% in its sales during the last month of this year as compared to the same period of 2011.

The company’s overall sales for the month under review remained at 2312 vehicle units from 1670 vehicle units during September last year.

Mr. Sudhir Rao, Managing Director, Skoda Auto India stated that they are delighted to have filed an augmentation of 39% in spite of hard-hitting market conditions.

Mr. Sudhir added that they are sure regarding their growth plan and the festival period will append further impetus to their sales in the coming period.

Mr. Sudhir also said that their prominence on quality and client satisfaction will be one the major drives for their triumph in the coming time.

Skoda Auto India has launched innovative versions to the Rapid model series. The latest versions comprising Ambition Plus and Active plus will currently offer clients added choices to select from the Rapid model range.

The Plus packages will come with extra characteristics offering expediency to the client.

The company is functioning on their dealership network and after-sales service to augment client experience while extending to a bigger part of clients crosswise the nation.

Skoda presently has 106 franchises in the Indian market and will have 95 service centers by 2012 end.
