German luxury car manufacturer, Audi recently opened their new dealer outlet in Ludhiana. The head of Audi India, Michael Perschke, was present for the opening, along with MD of Audi, Ludhiana, Atul Agarwal.
Speaking on this occasion, the head of Audi India, Michael Perschke, said that the launch of their new dealer outlet in Ludhiana is another symbol of their commitment to their customers to offer an unparalleled premium experience when it comes to premium services and class defining models.
The launch of their second dealer outlet in Punjab strengthens their foothold in this region and gives them the opportunity for capitalizing on the increasing demand for premium automobiles. He also added that he was confident that their amazing sales performance of the year, together with their vibrant product line up and rapidly expanding network of dealerships ensures that they will maintain their position as a fastest growing premium auto brand in the Indian auto market.
He further said that they are already leading in the Chinese and European auto market. This year, the company continues to be among the fastest growing premium car company’s in India and the US. With a growth of around 105% in the Jan to May period in India this year, they are convinced that they are on their way to becoming a leader in the Punjab market with their partner, Jaycee Automobiles.
The new dealer outlet is spread over a 40,000 square feet plot, and is based upon the Audi Terminal concept which includes an exterior honeycomb shaped aluminum façade. Their display area can easily accommodate around 12 cars and will display their entire line up of models available in this market. The showroom also includes the Audi Shop as well as Audi Exclusive Elements from where customers can place orders for customized products, including purchasing a range of branded merchandise from Audi.
Meanwhile, the MD of Audi Ludhiana, Atul Agarwal, said that he was delighted about the launch of the new showroom of Audi Ludhiana in Punjab. Having world class dealer outlets in both Ludhiana and Chandigarh, they are confident of delivering unmatched luxury to their increasing number of customers in this area. The new showroom will also have an exclusive service facility that is located within the same premises. The service facility is located over an 18,000 square feet area with a capacity for servicing 16 cars in a day in a single shift, in 13 different bays. They also have trained technicians for ensuring that their customers get world class services. They are focused on expanding their network in this country. In 2011, Audi already opened two new showrooms in Chennai and Delhi. In 2010, they had launched showrooms in Bangalore, Jaipur, Kolkata and Mumbai.
