One of the leading independent car solution networks, CarZ, has now stepped into Chennai, the Detroit of India. The company is hoping to open another 10 centers across Tamil Nadu in next 12 to 24 months with an investment of about Rs.14 lakhs.
With the oath to deliver quality services to the customers, CarZ has now registered its presence across all four southern Indian states, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu with 17 outlets. However, it has also announced its aggressive plan of opening about 300 outlets across the country in the next 5 years.
Discussing the success, Founder and Managing director of the CarZ said that in India, car service is a big market and accounts for over Rs. 30,000 crore and is mainly occupied by the service centers of various brands and uncategorized workplaces. About only 1/3 rd of the buyers never go for the dealers after the warranty period, so there is quite a good opportunity in this area. He also added that Chennai is one of the most important markets for the carmaker and the company is quite delighted to be a part of this city.
Founder and CEO of CarZ, Mr. Viay Gummadi said that Chennai is quite a mature market and requires high quality and value in terms of customer services. The market that has a huge potential to grow, Company is expecting tons of appreciations and will be fortunate to offer high quality auto care solutions that will comprise of electrical and mechanical repair, preventive maintenance and accidental repairs. The company will also undertaker works like denting, painting, tires and servicing, styling, addition of performance accessories and interior and exterior works for customers.
The Chennai outlet was officially inaugurated by the popular composer and singer Yuvan Shankar Raja, who also said that he personally will be relaying upon the car service for quick, reasonable and high quality services. With the quality services and dedicated staff CarZ is surely to make its way towards the consumer heart.
