Chevrolet has just launched the Beat facelift for Rs. 4.06 lakh and Rs. 6.10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) at Delhi Auto 2014. The Beat facelift is a cosmetic makeover over the past generation model with a revised (and splitted) front grille, reworked headlamps, refurbished tail lamps, chrome encircled fog lamps and new rear spoiler with infused LED stoplight. The engine continues to be the same with 1.2L petrol unit and 1.0L diesel unit along with a LPG variant.

In addition, the interiors get dual airbags, ABS and EBD as a standard feature of the safety kit. The additional third headrest at rear, multiple color scheme for upholstery, and more storage space on the central console completes the delight of Beat facelift here in India.

Steering mounted controls and new silver interior along with height-adjustable driver’s seat are available on selected variants.

The US based carmaker also rolled out the special edition Beat facelift at the venue. It is painted in the Manchester United colors (as GM being the shirt sponsor of that football club), gotten with blackened roof rails, black stickering effects on roof and spoiler, 15-inch BM alloy wheels, black leather gear knobs with red stitching and red illuminated sill plates.

The Chevrolet has rolled out Beat facelift in eight different paint shade – Super Red, Cocktail Green, Sandrift Grey, Switch Blade Silver, Summit White, Misty Lake, Linen Beige and Caviar Black; extending its arm to reach the masses with the price revision for 10 different variants inclusive of all the fuel trims.
