The new-gen Polo from the German car manufacturer, Volkswagen is expected to be catered by the 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine.

The next generation vehicle will be an entry-level edition of the popular Polo assemble and will be seated next to a range of petrol and diesel 4-cylinders.

The sturdy engine, which presently caters the entry-level hatchback, boasts of a yield that ranges between 60PS to 91PS. Aside from the innovative engine accumulation; the facelift for the vehicle is minimal in terms of styling.

The vehicle is likely to obtain a redesigned front bumper, smaller transmitting aerial as well as revised tail lamps. A more apparent addition is the initiation of daytime light-emitting diodes on the front bumper to keep pace with the rivalry.

Inside the basic console placement is likely to stay the equivalent aside from a few small updates to seats. A novel dashboard and an upgraded infotainment structure are on the charts for this facelift together with a latest driver support system.

We are not much confident whether the facelifted edition will hit the Indian markets or not, however, we are surely fascinated in tiny resourceful engine, particularly after seeing the 1.2 TSI and 1.4 TSI. The company will roll out the new engine in India by early 2014.
