Honda has announced that it will launch the Honda CBR300R in India and the bike would be priced below the Rs.2.50 lakh mark. Booking for the bike has already commenced at certain Honda dealerships. The bike would be brought to India through the Completely Knocked Down route and assembled here.

Launch date has not been announced as yet, but we believe it would be launched sometime by the end of March. Design wise, the Honda 300R features the very latest in Honda’s design language with aggressive modern styling elements being paired perfectly with retro design elements.

The bike is powered by a 31.4HP, 286cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-valve, DOHC engine mated to a 6-speed transmission.
