Following several leaks and teaser images, Jaguar finally displayed its XF Sportbrake at Geneva Motor Show 2012. We had bought to you, the teaser image displaying the rear of the Jaguar Sportbrake. And it was clear, that this estate is more than an overhanging hump on its rear.
Jaguar gives a choice of diesel engines for this estate. It offers a 2.2-litre inline-four diesel, delivering 204 hp; 3.0-litre V6 with 240 hp and 275 hp option. The extended roofline gives the Jag a bootspace of 1,675-litre, while the passengers get an extra 4.8-inch headroom.
When launched, it will go up against Mercedes E-Class Estate, Audi A6 Avant and BMW 5-Series Touring. Will this British car be any match to the Germans? Do tell us what you think.
