A total of four workshops have been opened by the Mahindra First Choice Services in National Capital Region. The company has opened three workshops in Noida, one in Sector 63, one in Sector 5 and one in Greater Noida. The fourth workshop is located in Faridabad. Now that the company has opened four new workshops, Mahindra First Choice Services have a total of 25 Company Operated and Company Owned workshops throughout the country.
The area covered by these new workshops is a little over 75,000 sq.ft. The company will now be able to service more than 4,000 multi-brand cars in a month. All the new workshops have been inaugurated by the Executive Board members of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. along with the president pf the Corporate Services and Group HR, Mr. Rajeev Dubey. Mr. Dubey pointed out that the positive response that they have got from the customers in Ghaziabad, where the workshop of the company is located, has motivated them to expand in the National Capital Region which would also allow them to increase their service capacity. The company has decided to launch new products like “AMC First” and the “Car Dent Estimator.”
The AMC first can be referred to as a product which is a unique protection package with advantages like warranty, maintenance services and roadside assistance. Car Dent Estimator on the other hand is absolutely a new product that has been introduced in the country that would give instant repair cost for the car damages. All the problems that a consumer can have will be solved as a result of these new products being coupled with other products like service maintenance plans and the roadside assistance services.
