India’s premium luxury car making company, Rolls Royce has appointed a new head for their operations in Sri Lanka, India as also Bangladesh. It is Mr Herfried Hasenoehrl. Rolls Royce is currently in the process of expanding its business operations in their hometown of Goodwood. Not only this, the company is in the process of getting the number of people up in their facility.
Rolls Royce were a prevalent brand in India from a long time what with Maharajas importing the Rolls vehicles, however, it was only in 2005 that the company officially set foot in India. Regional Director for Rolls Royce Motors Asia Pacific said that it felt more like a homecoming for the British company rather than setting foot in a new nation. It can be recalled that Rolls recently introduced a long wheel base version of their very popular Ghost model.
