Nissan has launched an automatic variant of its Sunny sedan. The automatic Nissan Sunny sedan is fitted with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) which Nissan calls X-Tronic CVT. This very same transmission is also found in Renault Scala automatic.

The automatic variant of the Nissan Sunny will be available to you for Rs.8.49 lacs (ex-showroom). Everything else in the car remains same. It is also powered by the same 1.5-liter petrol engine which also powers the manual transmission versions. But in the automatic version the engine puts out a max power of 99.6bhp as opposed to 97bhp in the manual variant.
