Porsche Boxster GTS Launched For Rs 1.15 Crore, And Cayman GTS For Rs 1.17 Crore

Followed by the last addition of new Cayenne to the lineup, now Porsche India has brought us the Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS for Rs 1.15 crore and Rs 1.17 crore respectively (ex-showroom Delhi).

Both these mid-engined sports machine are the uprated version of their models. A flat 6-cylinder 3.4-litre petrol engine sits in the engine bay sending power of 326bhp and torque of 370Nm for the Boxster. The Cayman due to its segmentation receives the outputs in terms of 335bhp and 380Nm of torque from the same engine. A 7-speed PDK auto gearbox in both the cars drives power to rear wheels, and what worth watching was the Sports Chrono package as a standard on the duos. Buyers can also opt for the six-speed manual gearbox if wished to drive the raw power like it is meant.

After all, Porsches are about the performance than exquisite luxuries. The Boxster GTS in Sports mode reaches 0-100kmph in just 4.7 seconds. Cayman GTS on the same strip clocks similar speed at 4.6 seconds Top-speed clocked by Boxster GTS is 279kmph; and 283kmph for Cayman GTS.

As per the European driving standards both the cars delivers 12kmpl of fuel-efficiency, which is an improved number than the previous model.

Mentioned below are the prices of New Porsche Boxster and Cayman GTS ex-showroom Delhi:

Boxster GTS: Rs 11,500,000

Cayman GTS : Rs 11,750,000
