Since the launch, Suzuki had developed lot of application-based trims of Swift to entrench its roots deeper in the markets, which one can find an example here. Otherwise, under the bonnet power is sent by a standard 1.4-litre petrol K-Series aluminum built petrol engine to churn the max output of 95PS and 130NM of peak torque. A five-speed manual transmission takes over the charge as standard, but buyers can replace that with a four-speed automatic to suit themselves.
