BS6 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Priced From Rs 1.21 lakh Indian Drives

Every two-wheeler and four-wheeler manufacturer is gearing up for BS6 emission norms. While some of the manufacturers have already launched the BS6 version of the existing models. Recently Royal Enfield launched the BS6 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 for Rs 1.21 Lakhs ex-showroom.

Royal Enfield has updated its website with prices and specifications of the BS6 Bullet 350 and Bullet X 350 ES (Electric Start). The Bullet X 350 is priced at Rs 1.21 lakh, the standard Bullet 350 at Rs 1.27 lakh and the Bullet X 350 ES at Rs 1.37 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi). These new prices are about Rs 9,000 more than those of their corresponding BS4 models and that’s a substantial hike.

The most affordable variant of the BS6 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 costs Rs 1.21 lakh. It has been made available in two paint schemes – Onyx Black and Bullet Silver. This means the BS6-compliant Bullet 350 has witnessed a price hike from over 5,000 to 6,800. Official bookings of the bike have already been started across the nation. Deliveries of the bike are likely to begin in April or May (as soon as COVID-19 lockdown lifted).

Powering the 2020 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is the BS6-compliant version of the same 346cc, air-cooled engine that’s boosted with fuel injection technology. The motor pushes out a peak power of 19.3PS at 5250rpm and a peak torque of 28Nm at 4000rpm. Transmission duties are taken care of by a 5-speed gearbox.

Compared to its BS4 version, the BS6-compliant Bullet 350 Standard and ES variants are around 1kg and 2 kg heavier respectively. Now, the latter one carries a kerb weight of 191g. No other changes have been made to the motorcycle.
