DC Avanti Production Ready Version Shown off in an Official Video

DC Avanti, the Indian sportscar is about to launch soon, it seems, as the makers DC posted a video of same on the official channel portraying it inside out.

However, a couple of years back, the DC Designs unveiled concept DC Avanti at the Delhi Auto Expo, while after two year, the production version  is unveiled at the same event with minute changes.

The differences between concept and production ready trims are foglights infused into headlamp clusters, winglets on the bonnet provided to improve aerodynamics of the car, LEDs integrated into the tail lamps cluster and newly designer rear pillars.

The video posted on YouTube shows the car being tested in actual roads condition of India with different paint jobs soothing the Indian backdrops.

Under the hoods, it remains a 2.0L Ford EcoBoost engine that sends 250 hp and 360 Nm of torque to the wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. It attends 0-100km/k in a mere 6 seconds.

DC Avanti tips the scale at 1,580 kg and measures 170 mm at ground clearance. Further technical specifications are not yet announced by the company.

Launch date is not confirmed yet, but anyways, when out in showroom price tag would fling approximately between Rs 25-30 lakhs.
