Lamborghini, luxury sportscar manufacturer introduces its all new Aventador LP700-4 in India, which is available for the price of Rs. 3.69 crores. The rising demand for premium luxury sportscars has been observed of late, specifically after first Indian Grand Prix race, which is just starting. Mr. James Page, Marketing Manager at Lamborghini SpA of South East Asia and Pacific said that 20 bookings of Aventador are recorded, and the current waiting time for delivery is 18 months. The LP700-4 was introduced globally in March and till now 1500 cars have been booked. Mr. Page also said that they sell approximately 100 Lamborghini vehicles annually in the country.
Powering the all new Aventador LP700-4 in India is a V12, 6498cc massive brawny engine with maximum output of 515kw of power at 8250 rpm and 690 newton meters of torque at 5500 rpm. The engine is paired with seven-speed ISR transmission and offers the top speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It will accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in the time range of 2.9 seconds, which is really very impressive. Page said that it comes with same carbon materials found on Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
