Interior Design

The cabin is clear and design is simple with an ergonomic environment designed for ideal driving condition. The new driver seats are more comfortable and provide lateral support. The seat hip point and the steering wheel angle has been inspired by LFA and are positioned lower than the usual. The cabin materials have also seen refinement with new trims and finishes that are complemented by the advanced HMI technology and introduction of the analogue clock. The central console now features electrostatically controlled switches that just need a finger to control the air conditioning and temperature.

The new IS has now become lengthier and wider by 70mm and 10mm that allows Lexus to incorporate more comfort for the rear passengers and provide better luggage capacity.
