Tagged on that said experience, the Moscow, Russia, ranks on the top of the list with the 74% of index. The index indicates, a driver in the Russian capital has to manage through an average delay of 76 minutes per hour driven during peak travel times. So a trip that might be concluded in 60 minutes otherwise, will usurp over two hours during rush hour.

As per to a general survey, drivers around the globe spend an average of eight days of their lives stuck in traffic jams each year. Interestingly, the survey also shows traffic on secondary roads can actually be even more congested than on major streets.
