Mahindra Launches its Customer Care Website – www.withyouhamesha.com

Mahindra is the leading SUV seller in India and now it had extended its arm to reach the customer base more efficiently than before. As a result, Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.) launches a website called www.withyouhamesha.com to look deeper into the perception of after sales service scenario and also to line up things more efficiently than before. This platform will energize all the Mahindra owners throughout the nation to connect with the brand at just a click of internet.

Speaking about the initiative, Arun Malhotra, Chief Sales & Customer Care Officer, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said “Mahindra has always endeavored to be at the forefront of customer engagement. It is designed and trailed to keep transparency and also to act as a one-stop portal for all the brand related details. It will get customers their full service history and also a chance to rate the service advisors who had attended them at the service station. One can also get his maintenance work roughly calculated at the pre service stage inclusive of spare parts costing and the service required. The owners can also set reminders for license, PUC, insurance renewal, and moreover also the framework of service centers available in India.
