Mahindra Pick Up Range Crosses 1 Lakh Mark in India

Pick up trucks in India are being treated as the underdogs of transportation, where the makes like Ape and others are in huge demand, maybe due to their rigidity and pricing factors, but in spite of such heavy striding blow, Mahindra had managed to excel in the particular field.

Extracting the actual figure from clutter it is surfaced, Mahindra Pick Up range has sold102,885 vehicles in FY-2013, compared to 73,134 vehicles in FY-2012, registering a growth of 41% at its best. These figures are the highest numbers of Mahindra Pick up range since its inception.

Commenting on this overwhelming occasion, Pravin Shah, Chief Executive – Automotive Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “Crossing the 1 lakh milestone of Pick ups in a financial year is a proud moment for us and we are thankful to the customers for patronizing the Mahindra Pick up brand.”

It is also learnt that customers prefer Mahindra Pick up due to the qualities like comfort, reliability, style, convenient, technology, and overall the value for money, making it to stand frugal on all cargo needs of India.

Mahindra had ruled pickup range for more than a decade and its new inventions like first AC Pick up, first CNG Pick up, and first Micro Hybrid Pick up had lead the moniker to survive as a top notch in horizon, also leading innovations and customer delight in those bespoken ‘first of its kind’ form.

Four of the brands namely Bolero Maxi Truck, Bolero Pick Up, Bolero Camper & Genio had coughed up a massive 54% market share for Mahindra in FY-2013.
