New BMW 2013 5 Series Facelift launched in India for Rs. 46.9 lakh ex showroom Delhi

New BMW 5 Series which is launched in India today is the one that was unveiled to the world earlier this year.

Hence, starting price of the BMW 5 Series is slotted at Rs 46.9 lakh, while the top end variant is concluded off at Rs. Rs 57.9 lakh ex-showroom Delhi. Hence, the said prices are for the diesel variants, while the Bavarian based carmaker didn’t disclosed tags for the new petrol variants at the ceremony. However, one can get their new 5 Series at any of the showrooms in India from today onwards.

Revealing further, we learnt the top end variant i.e. M badge, is made available with two new variants namely modern line package and luxury line package.

Overall, the new BMW 5 Series is a cosmetic change over the previous one. New front grille, new air intake, chrome surrounds around the fog lamps, restyled alloys, more option in paint shade, side indicators engulfed into side mirrors, sharper tail lamps and  a lot more.

Hence, on inside one can switch between orange and white ambient lighting, and additionally a lot of chrome can be witnessed comparatively than the previous one.

Informatively, adaptive LED headlamps are now added to the optional list of the car, while the Xenon headlamps and LED fog lamps come as a standard.
