Do you own a Skoda vehicle? If yes, then there is good news for you. From 2nd April 2012 to 30th April 2012 Skoda Auto India is having an all-embracing summer car servicing and check-up camp. This summer check-up camp is having a 15-point commendatory check-up for all the customers who own Skoda vehicles across the nation. The broiling summer of India has almost entered and with that the Skoda you drive around may needa little TLC (tender loving care) for it to flow over the rise in temperature without any trouble. The car may cause trouble in summer if it is not properly maintained as the AC will be used a lot in summer which will put the electrical system and engine under pressure. Thus the summer check-up camp would examine things like AC, engine, tires, electrical system, wheel rims and other essential parts of the vehicle to ensure that they all stay in shape. This would ensure that the upcoming summer journeys of Skoda customers will be very enjoyable.  Moreover, after the monsoon service camp the company organized last year, the summer camp this year will give them a chance to come closer to their customers and get to know their thoughts on how the company could serve their interest in a better manner.

Summer car check-up camp to be organized by Skoda
In this summer check-up camp Skoda is looking forward to service a minimum of 28,000 cars. Since the time of its inception in the year 2001, Skoda has sold close to 1.4 lakh cars in India. At present Skoda is selling five cars in the automobile market of India ranging from the entry-level hatchback Fabia to the most selling Rapid.  In the D-segment it is offering the Laura, whereas the five-seater crossover Yeti is being offered in the SUV segment. The top-end of the Skoda model is the super luxurious saloon which has an extremely comfortable and ponderous rear seat. This is because the wheelbase is stretched which bequeaths the car with a severity of comfort that any higher segment of luxury sedan will find hard to meet.

Although the cars made by Skoda come in elevated levels of luxury and with excellent build quality, when it comes to dependability, the brand doesn’t have adroitness in after sales service. Thus through these camps, the company is attempting to fill that gap of an efficient after sales service. Skoda’s effort seems to come out good in terms of its image where it is turning out to be of a brand which cherishes its customers and can cater to new ones as well.
