As we earlier updated about the launch of W Motors Lykan Hypersports at 2013 Qatar Motor Show, now news came in that, it had bagged more than 100 orders despite being priced at $3.4 million.
The carmaker had planned only seven units but now it seems that they have increased the numbers as it is been in high demand by riches around the world. After all it is one of its kind, as the twin turbo flat six 750 hp engine burns out 1000 Nm of torque with a top slot of 395 kmph (245 mph), reaching 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in a mere 2.8 seconds.
To personally address the media on such an overwhelming response, Chairman and CEO of W Motors Lykan Hypersports Ralph Debbas said, “We’d like the first few cars to go to Arabs, even if we have received requests from Russia, China, the U.S.”
Overall, Lykan Hypersports is the first super offering from oil rich land, so its inhabitants can be concluded as the actual spectators.
