General Motor had already revealed the Chevrolet Beat Facelift at the Paris Motor Show last year and is now planning for its Indian launch. The company has yet not revealed any official statement about the launch but according to the sources, the launch will take place in Q2 of 2013.

Mechanically the car is still the same but has incorporated some styling and cosmetic changes that gives it a sportier look. Chevrolet Sail sedan and Enjoy MPV will be the first vehicle from the company to hit the Indian market this year. They will be revealed possibly in January or February this year.

The new Beat comes with revised front bumper, grille and better placed fog lamps. At the same time the back tail lamps have also been revised. The car has also received high mounted LED lamp embedded in the spoiler just above the window. Interior has yet not received any major changes, but has got a new center console.

Under the hood vehicle is still the same, both diesel and petrol engine has been retained as they were already working great and are good for the city rides. The reliability and fuel economy of the engine are other factors that have allowed the company to keep these engines.
