2014 Audi A8 facelift is the most talked about buzz in the town. And as been seen on numerous occasions in Mumbai, it has raised the temperature of our country. Though, not much to wait for it now, Audi has confirmed the same for Frankfurt debut via an official teaser video.

The video posted by official Audi media channel features two of the vehicles in its concept, one is the A8 facelift 2014 edition, while the second one is said to be the 2014 S8.

Not much of the details can be officially claimed now, but it is the Matrix headlamp which the Audi is making as the USP of the car to focus upon at the event in Germany.

Apart from that, new flagship of the Ingolstadt based carmaker will also brew refreshed bumpers, new tail lamps with a chromes strip dissecting it in between, hopefully an upgraded MMI system, and new upholstery for interiors.

Matrix headlamp is not just a new cluster of LEDs being embedded inside it, but the functionality of it in association with the GPS system is said to don the safety sorts like that of a one on Volvo – the most safest on-road features.

As learnt to be a only cosmetic makeover, we can safely expect the changes not to be carried on the engine specifications, which means the ongoing 3.0 liter TDI diesel, 3.0 liter & 4.0 liter TFSI petrol, and accompanying them in the devilish manner W12 6.3 liter engine options to be there lugging its bay.

The car will be unveiled on 21st August 2013 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, time slotted at 9.a.m. CEST. One can follow the Audi media channel on the internet to view the unveiling live from the show. And hence, we too also will be following it; one can stay glued to us as well.
