Atul Auto based in Rajkot, which manufacturers three wheelers, recently posted their net profit for the fiscal year. The company managed to achieve a remarkable growth of 108% in their net profit, with a turnover of 69% for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, in comparison to the same period in the last fiscal year.
Atul Auto, Director, Vijay Kedia said that the company stated that though their net turnover stood at Rs.201.07crore, in comparison to the previous Rs.199.20 crore, their net profit was around Rs.9.43 crore, in comparison to the previous Rs.4.54 crore.
According to reports, the company has announced a dividend of 40% per Rs.4 share priced at Rs.10, which is subject to be approved. Meanwhile, the total sales of the company increased by 57% in comparison to the industry growth of 19.44%.
