REBI (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business solutions) has always proved to be the best in its category. This German company has always provided the best of the automotive components. This leading company has recently announced that they will soon establish a centre in India. The company has taken this step in order to provide consumers with the
powertain electronic and the best of its innovations. This powertrain electronics will be able to work with both the diesel version and the petrol version or rather should we say the DGS-EC business unit (Diesel and Gasoline systems – Electronic controls).

For this very purpose this company will hire around 800 new employees with an engineering degree in Coimbatore and Bangalore. The whole plan will take more than two years and will require a sum of around Rs 300 crores. In one of the reports, Bosch mentioned that this centre in India will be the very first global centre of DSG-EC which is outside Germany. The senior Vice- President, DGS-EC, Mr. Walter Grote confirmed the news in a recent media interaction session. He said, “We have grown a bit more than what we can now manage. One can’t simply expect us to manage our business sitting in one place. So, to manage it properly, an expansion is the need of the hour. Our main aim now, is to be decentralised”.
