Ford EcoSport is creating havoc wherever it is launched, but as per the carmaker Europe too will not be left behind, as taking this compact SUV there via 2013 Geneva Motor Show. However, this car had already been thronged to those audiences at Paris Motor Show of last year.

This time Ford is planning to make a more advanced move under Ford EcoSport pinning, so the much refined SYNC technology to control smartphone apps through voice commands will be featured in it. Commenting on such an electrifying step, Paul Mascarenas, Ford Chief Technical officer and vice-president of Research and Innovation says, “Customers want to safely enjoy the same level of connectivity in their cars as they would do at home, and SYNC AppLink enables them to do just that. By maximizing the potential of apps, Ford can offer customers a class-leading range of smartphone app capabilities while on the move.”

The launch is slated to 5th March 2013.

Lastly, Paul is deliberated to have this one in Europe so exclaimed that, “The role of the car is evolving!”
