Lamborghini Veneno Roadster Premieres with a €3.3 million (Rs. 27 crore) price tag

Days back, we reported in detail about the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster made a soft unveiling on internet media. Now at the moment, Italian launched it officially in front of the world for a whopping €3.3 million (Rs. 27 crore) excluding tax, that too only for the nine units. Yes, the Raging Bull has confirmed the Veneno Roadster to be a limited edition car, restricted to nine units only. The official premier of this Lambo was conducted on an Italian naval aircraft carrier at Abu Dhabi’s Mina Zayed seaport.

“The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is one of the world’s most exclusive cars with the most extraordinary performance,” says Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Lamborghini, commenting on the event. “We are honored that Lamborghini was chosen to represent the Italian car industry in the UAE, as a perfect example of iconic Italian super sports cars, and that we have the opportunity to show the Veneno Roadster for the first time in Abu Dhabi. Lamborghini has an extremely strong following in the region for its super sports cars, with the Middle East one of our largest markets in the world.”

However, one can name the Veneno Roadster in the list of some world’s costliest car, and the Middle East as one of the largest market for most of the costly priced and super powered cars. That’s seems to be the only reason why Italians chosen this Land of Arabs for the premiere of their latest Exclusive.

6.5 liters engine dwelled of 12-cylinders zips the topless Veneno from 0-100kmph in 2.9 seconds heaved from a total of 750 horses. 1,490 kilograms (3,278 pounds), and a power-to-weight ratio of just 1.99 kg/hp (4.38 lbs/hp) clops the top sway of 355 km/h at its best. The renowned ISR transmission with five modes and permanent all-wheel drive system rages it simply in the swiftest manner on tarmacs, while a racing chassis with pushrod suspension and horizontal spring/damper units complements it to the job more accurately.
