Maruti Celerio Tour H2 Launched At Rs.4.21 Lakhs

A taxi version of the Celerio has been launched by Maruti. Named Maruti Celerio Tour H2, the car has been launched at a price of Rs. 4.21 lakhs. The Tour H2 version is based on the Celerio’s LXi(O) variant and shares almost all features with it.

Main feature of the Tour H2 is a speed limiting device which come as standard in that car. This has been done in view of the government’s new rule where taxis and other such public transport vehicle has to be fitted with speed limiting devices to curb road accidents. That is why the top speed of the Celerio Tour H2 is limited at 80kmph.

The Tour H2 is powered by the same three-pot 1.0-liter petrol engine producing a peak power of 68HP and a peak torque of 90Nm. The engine is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
