More details are now revealed to the masses about the Maruti Suzuki Dzire CS sedan. The Maruti Suzuki Dzire CS will now go automatic. The length of the wheelbase of the Dzire has also been increased by 40 mm. Apart from that the Dzire CS will be 25 mm taller and 5 mm wider compared to the earlier version. Another great thing about this car is that people will now have to pay lower tax because of its compact size. Increased wheelbase and smartly designed interiors mean that the passengers will now have much more legroom and headroom inside the car.

The car will be powered by the same 1.2L petrol and 1.3L diesel engines as was the case with the earlier Dzire. But the new Dzire CS will have a four-speed automatic transmission in the top end 1.2L Petrol variant. The lower end petrol and diesel variants will have a five-speed manual transmission. The petrol and diesel variants of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire CS will come with a mileage of 19.1 kmpl and 23 kmpl respectively.

The car will be made public on 1st February 2012.
