The Glendwagen had drawn attention towards itself in India because of some military cues dragged to it.
Though we enjoy riding G55 but there is a disappointment to that, it will soon be replaced by its elder sibling Mercedes Benz G63 as soon as it will be rolled out. Speculations are for this month only, but let’s see on which day the German automobile Hulk will deliver.
The updated version of Mercedes Benz G63 was previewed at Beijing Auto Show sometimes back and that same one is expected to land here. Coming directly to the point, it drives power from a turbocharged 5.5 liter V8 which is mated with seven speed 7G-tronic gearbox with a permanent AWD. The all-wheel traction is supported with differential locks which helps this heavy metal lug to come out of the sludge very easily. Some more tech-fi features can also be experienced on the new G series like Mercedes Benz Command System, radar based cruise control, Blind Spot Assist, Parktronic, reverse camera, ESP, Trailer Stability Assist and hill hold function.
Need not to say, it retains a one of its kind image in our fraternity as being remained unchanged in the history of 33 years, being carried on from the same legacy of German military.
