Tata Prima to be the title sponsor for Kings XI Punjab

IPL had already started, Tata Prima today made an announcement of its title sponsorship of Team Kings XI Punjab.

Kings XI Punjab is part of the eight competing teams of the seventh edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Tata Motors Prima Truck Racing

This is an addition to the number of brands in the Tata’ clutch, which marks the continue association of Tata Prima with sports. Audience will be able to witness the brands’ tremendous opportunity of in-stadium branding as well as logo and kit branding with the high calibre players of Kings XI Punjab during the matches.

‘The way the world trucks’ to India, Tata Motors introduced the Tata Prima in 2009, with technical inputs absorbed from various regions across the globe. Specifically, the Prima includes cab design from Italy, engine technology from US & Europe, gearbox expertise from Germany, chassis frame know-how from Mexico, sheet metal dies from Japan and Korea, combined with Swedish precision on a robotic weld line, hence also referred to as the ‘World’ truck.

In addition to the talk of sports with Prima, the Tata Motors had also introduced India’s first truck racing championship – The T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship at the Buddh International Circuit, in March 2014, featuring 12 Tata Prima race trucks. A crowd of 20000 enthusiasts witnessed and cheered during the event, clarified the success.
