A Milestone for Automobili Lamborghini: 2,000 Aventadors Produced

Since two years after the launch, and with the production output of only five units per day, Lamborghini Aventador achieved an important milestone in its life, as had reached the chassis number of “2000”. It means 2,000 units of bespoken model plate had been produced till date. In spite of being heavily priced and sumptuously powered too, Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 is the specified badge that rolled off at ‘2,000th’ number from the assembly line. It is destined for US to meet Thaddeus Arroyo, Chief Intelligence Officer for AT&T. He is a highly ranked officer in US and is also a Lambo freak. He already possesses a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder but after the test ride at an event in Palm Beach, he is not able to gain good sleep at night, because of drooling over LP 700-4. Hence, he finally decided to buy it.

A sneak peek into the production bay at Sant’ Agata Bolognese, it was revealed that Lamborghini had increased production capacity to meet the ever growing demand of such niche yet sporty bugs. Hence as an outcome, if we compared the data of Aventador against the previous flagship model Murciélago, it took four years for Italians to reach the line of 2,000 units in that previous case. Whereas in the case of new one it is only a couple of years and the car is successful in achieving desired numbers, as can be said, almost in the half of the time than Murciélago.

Aventador LP 700-4
Aventador LP 700-4 now also enjoys the company of “Roadster” model which was introduced to us in this year itself. But hopefully open-top flair now shows off a cool waiting period of more than one year in a very less span of time.
